All New Birth Family Search Requests By ALL Korean Adoptees From ALL Korean Adoption Agencies Must Go Through NCRC / KAS — Beginning Mid September 2025.
Sadly this is the end of the road through KSS that we have been warning everyone about for one year:
Please be advised that a KSS Adoptee who submitted a request to KSS on May 12th just received this response on May 18th, 2025:
“We are sorry to say there is a long waiting list for post adoption services from adoptees this year and so you can consider submitting your petition directly to NCRC in the latter half of the year if you don’t hear from us by June 2025.
Please refer to the NCRC official notice attached to this email.”
