KSS NO LONGER PROCESSES POST ADOPTION SERVICES AFTER JULY 19th, 2025. KSS may no longer accept visits, though you can still visit the area.

The best way to get to KSS in Seoul is by TAXI even though it's expensive, as KSS is hard to find and about an hour north of the main part of Seoul. It’s best to print out their address in Korean or have it on your phone to show to a taxi driver. You should also consider figuring out “KakaoT” which is Korea’s version of Uber for calling taxis.
