KSS tore down its old campus in 2016 and sold the land for apartment buildings. Just ONE building which was part of KSS’ old campus remained — which KSS remodeled into its Post Adoption Services building in 2016. From 2016 - July 19th, 2025, KSS stored ALL KSS Adoptees’ files at its Post Adoption Services building.

Below is a collection of images shared by KSS Adoptees for future generations, who did not have the opportunity to visit the old KSS campus prior to its destruction in 2016, nor KSS’ Post Adoption Services building prior to its permanent closure on July 19th, 2025.

Please note that as of this writing on June 30th, 2026, the KSS’ Post Adoption Services building still exists. However, we believe at some point KSS will likely sell this building and land as well — we do not know for sure.

Adoptees may still visit the area where KSS’ former campus once stood.

*Please note that not all of the buildings were built in the same year and that the purposes of some buildings changed over time. However, Building 2 was always the MAIN building of KSS’ former campus in Seoul. It was built at some point in the early 1970s and remained until 2016 when KSS tore the entire campus down, except for Building 1, which KSS used as its Post Adoption Services building from 2016 - July 19th, 2025.
