USKRG Is Aware That Peter Møller Of (Its Parent Organization) DKRG Is NOT A Lawyer, Yet Does Not Inform Its Members.
USKRG is actively encouraging U.S. Korean Adoptees to submit their sensitive, private adoption documents to their organization. Ultimately, these adoption documents will end up in the hands of DKRG (Danish Korean Rights Group) Leaders Peter Møller and his wife Boonyoung Han.
We strongly encourage Korean Adoptees — especially U.S. Korean Adoptees — to protect their private, sensitive adoption documents during these unprecedented times in the U.S.

Perhaps because we have morals and a sense of ethics, we do not believe that one form of FRAUD justifies another. We also do not believe that overt plagiarism by USKRG of our information on Paperslip is an ethical response for our continuing to tell the truth about DKRG’s poor treatment of Korean Adoptees — it is rather a form of unethical retaliation. Why is it that the more that we tell the truth on Paperslip, the more that others related to the *KRG groups engage in unethical behavior?
We have unfortunately long been informed by Danish Korean Adoptees who were pushed out of the TRC 2 movement by DKRG leaders Peter Regel Møller and his wife Boonyoung Han that Peter Regel Møller is NOT a lawyer — despite his stating that he is a “lawyer” or “attorney” in MULTIPLE international press outlets since 2022.
While we have been unduly punished by other Korean Adoptees for telling the truth about the fact that Peter Regel Møller is NOT a lawyer, we strongly believe that it is extremely dangerous in these times for US Korean Adoptees to share their private, sensitive adoption documents with strangers or with Korean Adoptee led organizations who perpetuate the lie about Peter Regel Møller being a lawyer, and who know about his history of fraudulent business dealings related to the START! and Vesterbro music festivals in Denmark which date back to 2011 — these fraudulent business dealings are well documented in the prominent Danish publication Politiken and even in other Danish publications. We have shared these links to Paperslip before, and USKRG leaders are well aware of them:
Politiken article 1
Politiken article 2
Politiken article 3
”100 bands play these days through Start! Festival in Den Brune Kødby on Vesterbro.
But this year's festival, where the growth layer on the Danish music scene has the opportunity to showcase their talents, is disrupted by harsh criticism from the festival's promoters.
"There is an opaque economy and organisation, personal coincidences and personal financial interests. There are creditors who do not get their money and decidedly erroneous reasons for the festival's poor finances,' says Mads Tamborg from the Music Association RUSK. It previously supported the festival financially, but stopped its contribution in 2007.
Last year, the festival's bad accounts resulted in an outstanding debt to creditors of DKK 1,056,755.64 ($164,581.55 USD). Subsequently, Start! Festival settlement with the creditors, i.a. the booking companies Scandinavian, PDH Music and Live Nation, as well as a number of additional suppliers.”
Politiken article 4
”A number of key players in the Danish music industry are now warning bands in the growth stage against performing at Start! Festival, which these days takes place in Den Brune Kødby on Vesterbro.
This is because the actors believe that Start! The festival, on a dubious basis, claims to be an industry festival, and that the aspiring musicians may risk not getting their pay.
At the same time, harsh criticism is directed at the ailing economy of the festival, which for the past two years has resulted in a number of booking companies and suppliers not having received the money from Start! Festival they were entitled to.
>>I had an artist on Start! Festival last year, which did not get the rent that was agreed, despite the fact that it was an unusually low rent that barely covered the band's expenses,' says Morten Elley from the booking agency Skandinavian in Aarhus, who is a member of the industry organization Bookerne.dk.”
Politiken article 5
“On the basis of several inquiries about, among other things, the refusal to admit new members, the exclusion of members, financial disputes, competence and the use of municipal grants, the Culture and Leisure Administration supervised MUVE from 2011".
The memo also states that a board member has been excluded, and that Mads Tamborg, who was elected as the association's treasurer in 2012, was also excluded at the association's most recent general meeting. Mads Tamborg has since complained about the exclusion.
In the note it is written:
"The Culture and Leisure Administration does not relate to the specific decisions on exclusion, as long as they stay within the approved statutes. However, it is unusual for a board to exclude two board members shortly after an election at a general meeting. It is also not good association practice to give a treasurer access to accounting information and minutes'.”
”Peter Møller, ordinary board member of MUVE and chairman of Vesterbro Festival, rejected the criticism yesterday to politiken.dk and welcomed the municipality's investigation.”

There is no evidence online that Peter Regel Møller has ever been a lawyer. On the contrary, there is extensive documentation — particularly in Politiken and other outlets — showing that he ran music festivals that were later pursued by Danish authorities in connection with fraud charges.
The US branch of the *KRG (Korean Rights Group) — USKRG — is currently strongly pushing US Adoptees to submit their cases to the (maybe) upcoming TRC 3 (Third Truth and Reconciliation Commission of S. Korea). TRC 3 is not even guaranteed to happen, as the Korean Government must approve its processes. If not approved by February 26th, 2026, TRC 3 may not even happen in the immediate future. Yet the *KRG groups around the world are behaving as though TRC 3 is a sure thing.
Ultimately, all *KRG-affiliated groups worldwide, including USKRG, are operated by DKRG under the control of Peter Regel Møller and Boonyoung Han. Consequently, Korean Adoptees anywhere in the world — including those in the United States — who submit documentation for the TRC 3 process may find their private and highly sensitive adoption records in the possession of these two DKRG leaders. Notably and alarmingly, both individuals have an established pattern of behavior involving the regular blocking and ghosting of Korean Adoptees from DKRG- and TRC-related forums.
Once you submit your private, sensitive adoption documents to ANY of the *KRG groups, there is no way for you to get them back. And there’s a strong possibility that eventually you will experience blocking / ghosting behavior of DKRG leaders as regards your TRC 3 case (even assuming TRC 3 happens, which is no guarantee).
Many USKRG leaders are based in Seattle, Washington. These Seattle based USKRG leaders are all aware that Peter Møller is NOT a lawyer, and that he has a history of fraud dating back to 2011 in Denmark — yet do not inform their members.
Some USKRG “true believers” appear to hold the view that the pursuit of so-called “adoption truth” justifies any cost — including encouraging U.S. Korean Adoptees to submit highly sensitive and private adoption records to Peter Møller, an individual who has for years falsely represented himself as a “lawyer” despite not being one. By contrast, we maintain that Korean Adoptees have the RIGHT to be fully informed about the realities of the individuals and organizations that are persistently soliciting their private information — particularly when those organizations conceal the fact that Peter Møller is not a lawyer and has a documented history of fraudulent behavior.

We informed USKRG about the fact that Peter Regel Møller is NOT a lawyer on April 11th, 2025.
Yet USKRG still actively encourages U.S. Korean Adoptees to submit their sensitive, private adoption documents to their organization, without informing their members of the privacy risks.

“Dear USKRG,
Complicity is knowing that Peter Moeller is not a lawyer, and perpetrating the lie to US Korean Adoptees.
Incredibly, Peter Moeller is still telling people he is a lawyer. But we still cannot find him on the Danish Bar (Lawyer's) site, and have never been able to find Peter Moeller or Peter Regel Moeller or Peter Min Hong Regel Møller on this site since 2022, when Peter Moeller first began to tell international press that he was a lawyer:
https://www.advokatnoeglen.dk/sog.aspx?s=1&t=0&name=Peter%20Regel%20Moller
We wondered, could he have become a real lawyer in Korea since 2022, when he first claimed in international press that he was a lawyer when he wasn’t one? It’s illegal in Denmark to say that you are a lawyer when you are not one.
Yet there is no Peter Moeller, Peter Regel Moeller, Peter Min Hong Regel Møller, or even any Peter on the Korean Bar Association site either:
Korean Bar Association:
https://m.koreanbar.or.kr/pages/search/search.asp?parts=&searchtype=mname&searchstr=Peter+Regel+Moeller+&special1=&special1_1=&sido1=&gun1=&dong1=
Yet he has claimed in multiple RECENT articles to be a lawyer:

https://vietnamnews.vn/world/1695633/adoptees-urge-new-investigation-and-justice-after-south-korea-confirms-adoption-abuses.html
These are just two examples…
You cannot say that you do not know, now that you have been informed.”
