Issues with creating a login for the KAS website (which NCRC uses) are unfortunately common — and NCRC never fixes these issues.
If you have tried to create a login on the KAS website and have had issues, you are unfortunately not alone.
Our best advice is to have a Korean translator CALL NCRC and ask NCRC to create a login for you with a USERNAME and PASSWORD which you tell the translator you want to use.
Koreans respond to PHONE CALLS far more than to EMAILS. Of course, you will need to be able to find a local KOREAN TRANSLATOR since most NCRC workers do not speak English. (They CAN, however, write you in English via email). If you do not know a Korean translator, try hiring one from a local Korean language school. You are going to have to use your powers of Googling things to figure this out.
It’s going to be best for you and the translator to be ACTUALLY TOGETHER for the call, unless you know how to do a 3 way call to Korea. Of course, bear in mind that Korea is in a different time zone than you.

If you call NCRC, do NOT let NCRC just refer you to their email address, because if you do not get things done by phone, you will wait for MONTHS to get things done by email — if things get done at all!
If you live in Korea or are visiting Korea, then make an appointment to visit NCRC’s MAIN OFFICE in Seoul, and ask them to create a log in for you, WHILE you are in their office. This is the only way I was able to get a log in made for the KAS site a few years ago.

Please note that NCRC has TWO DIFFERENT physical locations! If you are in Korea and want IN PERSON help with making a login, you will need to book an appointment to visit NCRC’s MAIN OFFICE in Seoul:

The issues with the KAS website are LEGENDARY, and NCRC NEVER FIXES THEM.
We are sorry you are having these issues. You are unfortunately not alone.
