This is NOT the same Coupang warehouse as NCRC’s Temporary Storage Facility where all former Korean Adoption Agency files are stored.

However, we think if you have interest in obtaining your former Korean Adoption Agency file, it’s probably better to put in your request sooner rather than later.

Please note that purely online requests may take up to one year to fulfill by NCRC.

Adoptees who visit NCRC’s TWO locations in person will receive more expedited service, but this assumes that Adoptees can make appointments at BOTH of NCRC’s TWO locations.
