Two KSS Adoptees presented a banner in KOREAN and ENGLISH at the TRC office in Seoul on October 22nd, 2026, representing six of likely thousands of children who died within KSS’ pipeline for adoption.
Three KSS Adoptees who visited TRC’s offices in person, along with four Adoptees represented in the banner, requested that TRC 3 open an EX-OFFICIO investigation into child deaths at KSS.
