Korean Consulates In The West Begin To Gear Up For TRC 3 Case Submissions.

Please note that eventually ALL Korean Consulates / Embassies around the world should have information on their websites about submitting your case to TRC 3. Presumably ALL Korean Consulates / Embassies will be able to accept your application materials IN PERSON. You can also submit your application materials to TRC 3 via email (TBA).
Please refer however to The Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Atlanta for the ENGLISH and KOREAN FORMS, since this is the ONLY site so far that has both the ENGLISH and KOREAN forms in BOTH WORD and PDF format. Any Korean Adoptee from around the world should be able to use these SAME FORMS. However, for IN PERSON submission, visit your nearest Korean Consulate / Embassy. Or submit your application materials to TRC 3 directly via email (TBA).

The process for submission to TRC 3 involves MUCH MORE than JUST completing the ENGLISH application form, and signing the KOREAN application form. Please see the links below for IMPORTANT info!
Please take your time to CAREFULLY prepare your submission and to UNDERSTAND the process before proceeding. Otherwise, your case could be REJECTED, and you could also hold the ENTIRE process back for EVERYONE if you do NOT remain CONTACTABLE at the SAME PERSONAL email and phone number from 2026-2030!

It appears that at least a few Korean Consulates around the world are gearing up for case submissions for TRC 3.
Please note that not all Korean Consulates are sharing exactly the same information about the TRC 3 submission process. So far, we have found that The Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Atlanta has the best and most complete information, with all of the TRC 3 application forms (in English and Korean). So we recommend using the ATLANTA Consulate's information as your guide.
*We recommend downloading the KOREAN and ENGLISH forms from The Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Atlanta and following their guidelines for submission, but doing your actual submission through your nearest Korean Consulate / Embassy or through TRC 3’s email (TBA).
So far, The Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Atlanta is the only Korean Consulate / Embassy which has forms in WORD format, which makes them easy to fill out.
We presume that you can submit a printed packet of materials IF you submit your case to a Korean Consulate / Embassy IN PERSON.
Please note that IF you submit your final application packet to TRC 3 via EMAIL, you need to create ONE PDF file containing ALL of your application materials. The TRC 3 application is just ONE part of a more complex process which you need to understand BEFORE you submit your case to TRC 3. Please see:

More Korean Consulates around the U.S. and around the world are beginning to have information on their respective websites about TRC 3.
SO FAR THE BEST SOURCE OF INFORMATION AND TRC 3 APPLICATION FORMS IS ATLANTA:
The Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Atlanta releases English TRC 3 application forms in both WORD and PDF format.
So far, this is the best source from which to download BLANK TRC 3 forms. Any Korean Adoptee in the world can use Atlanta’s forms for the TRC 3 application. However, you would need to submit your case to your nearest Korean Consulate / Embassy, or through email to TRC 3 (TBA).
