The formerly secret / unknown KSS document called the “국내소속서류작성의뢰서” (Request Form for Preparation of Domestic Affiliation Documents)” sometimes, though not always contains birth parent information.
In this KSS Adoptee's case, their form contained information about a birth parent which was NOT even contained in their formerly secret Korean Adoptive Child Study Summary.
Both the “국내소속서류작성의뢰서” (Request Form for Preparation of Domestic Affiliation Documents)”and the Korean Adoptive Child Study Summary are formerly secret KSS documents which Paperslip’s co-founder first discovered in her own file at KSS in 2018. We have been sharing information on Paperslip about the Korean Adoptive Child Study Summary since 2021 and the 국내소속서류작성의뢰서” (Request Form for Preparation of Domestic Affiliation Documents) since 2026.
