Where to type or write your EMAIL address on the ENGLISH and KOREAN application forms for TRC 3.

Make sure to include BOTH your home (physical) address AND your EMAIL address on the ENGLISH and KOREAN application forms for TRC 3!

There is NO designated field for your EMAIL address on the forms, but it is very important that you include it! Otherwise, TRC 3 investigators will not be able to contact you!

Please write or type your email address directly beneath your home address on the first page of the ENGLISH application, and on page 6 of the KOREAN application.

I recommend that you clearly type or write the phrase “Email” before you type or write your Email address.

When I submitted my own case directly to the TRC 3 office in Seoul on March 27th, 2026, TRC 3 front desk staff approved this placement of my email address on my ENGLISH and KOREAN application forms.

I’ve highlighted the appropriate locations on the first page of the ENGLISH application example below for your reference. Keep in mind that these areas are NOT highlighted on the actual blank ENGLISH or KOREAN applications! The example graphic below is only meant as a guide for where to type or write your Email address on your ENGLISH application.

Please note that the ENGLISH and KOREAN applications are just two parts of the overall materials packet which you will need to submit to TRC 3 in order for your case to be accepted.

You should download BLANK ENGLISH and KOREAN forms from the Atlanta Consulate website.
