Please note that these are still very early days, and that presumably, most Korean consulates / embassies around the world will be able to accept your TRC 3 applications for submission. However, the best source of TRC 3 ENGLISH and KOREAN forms — which can be used by any Korean Adoptees in the world — is so far Atlanta.
